Comme des Garçons Tricot is a diffusion line under the Comme des Garçons label established in 1981 under the direction of Tao Kurihara, a former assistant of Junya Watanabe. Tricot meaning “Knitwear” in French, was what the line focused on early on but as the pieces gained more popularity Tao Kurihara shifted the brand's approach towards producing garments of all varieties.
This t-shirt by Comme des Garçons Tricot from 2004 features a mesmerizing star graphic in an all-over print fashion. Encapsulated by a gradient array of lightly-hued colors paired with a vibrant neon green ‘Real Mad Festival’ typography graphic on the chest, this t-shirt from Comme des Garçons Tricot is the epitome of a statement piece!
