During the 10th annual Japan Fashion Week in Tokyo, Japanese streetwear mogul Phenomenon debuted its highly anticipated Autumn/Winter 2010 collection. Styling for this collection is influenced by a “Garage” in which a little boy wonders through and the imagery that the boy would see in the garage. In an interview with the label’s creator Takeshi "Big O" Osumi, he told JFW reporters that Phenomenon’s brand concept is to “express dance music mixed with various other genres transformed into garments". The clothes have a strong urban and American hip-hop influence with a Tokyo street sensibility fused with a Japanese attitude toward high-quality manufacturing.

Here we have a highly sought-after hoodie from the Japanese brand Phenomenon. This piece features various eye-catching details such as an oversized pointed hood with perforations used to resemble a knight’s helmet. The garment also includes a cross-seam that goes across the entirety of both the front and back of the garment. Boasting a heather grey color and an oversized fit, this piece by Phenomenon mirrors the look and aesthetic of a medieval knight.
