Né-Net designer Kazuaki Takashima was born in Kumamoto prefecture in 1973 and graduated from Bunka Fashion College in Tokyo in 1994. After graduating from college, Takashima worked under Japanese fashion mogul Issey Miyake, where he would hone the vital skills of creating an innovative brand. Kazuaki Takashima created ‘Né-Net’ in 2005 with the intent to blur the boundaries of gender and age, set to provide unique clothing that fits the lifestyle of the modern-day. Garments boast a neutral color palette and are tailored to loose-fitting cuts, which can easily make their way into anyone’s wardrobe.
