Founded by Saburo & Shiro Hamanaka in 2002, Roarguns is a Japanese label that produces a wide array of pieces commonly boasting a dark aesthetic and implementing their infamous ‘CROSSGUNS’ motif inspired by western culture and first displayed in their Spring/Summer 2004 collection. With the gun commonly referred to as a ‘Peacemaker,’ Hamanaka crossed two together to create the iconic logo, which represents their beauty and opposes the idea that guns are only weapons. Roarguns is now a staple brand in Japanese streetwear culture and commonly collaborates with other industry giants such as Mastermind JP, Miharayasuhiro & more.
