For Undercover's Autumn/Winter 1999 'Ambivalence' collection, Jun Takahashi challenged traditional garments by incorporating zippers into sweaters, hoodies, and denim jackets for a capsule collection known as 'Small Parts'. This new approach allowed for the pieces in the collection to be combined in multiple ways. 
This wool sweater from Undercover’s Autumn/Winter 1999 'Ambivalence' collection features a "Blank Generation" graphic on the front, paying homage to Richard Hell's album of the same name, as well as gray zippers on the shoulders, sleeves, and sides of the garment offering numerous unique styling options.

6/10 – Unfortunately, this piece has seen better days. There are pilling & stain markings throughout as well as one tiny hole. The garment also seems to have been cleaned improperly by a previous owner causing the wool material to shrink, making it look slightly deformed. A few of the zipper teeth on the left arm are also misaligned so the left arm cannot be removed without force & the risk of not being able to reattach.
